How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Please note, overweight and oversized products may carry an shipping additional surcharge (think XL dies, 12x12" paper pads, chipboard stacks, etc.) The shipping surcharge will be noted on the item listing.

Domestic shipping is assessed by product total as follows:
Order totals up to $20.00 - $5.95 shipping & handling
Order totals from $20.01 to $30.00 - $7.95
Order totals from $30.01 to $74.99 - $10.95
Order totals from $75 to $99.99 - $11.95
Order totals from $100 to $124.99 - $13.95
Order totals from $125 to $149.99 - $16.95
Order totals from $150 and up - $18.95

International shipping charges are based on the weight and dimension of the package shipped. The shopping cart with calculate the S&H upon check-out.

We normally ship USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on weight, although we somtimes ship FedEx for excessively heavy or bulky orders. If your order includes hazardous materials, we ship USPS Parcel Select (ground service) as required by USPS. If you wish to have a different shipping service, please contact us at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for the delivery of the package once it goes into the shipping system.

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
